Refund Policy
Manufactured goods
You have 30 days to return any manufactured goods that do not reach the standards we have set for our subcontracting factories. If you need additional assistance with your return, please contact our disability coordinator directly.
Handmade goods
Artists set their own return policies. Our umbrella policy is that there are no returns on handmade items. If you have an issue with this policy or an issue with that artist, please include an "at" on our social media in your public message to them and we will attempt to mediate.
